A home-kitchen version of cathedral window candy, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good chocolate and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 3 c. colored miniature marshmallows
Method
Place butter and chocolate chips in medium heat resistant bowl.
Heat, uncovered, in microwave for 4 minutes, or until melted.
Combine egg and sugar; add slowly to chocolate mixture. Stir in marshmallows to coat well.
Pour onto waxed paper.
Shape into 18-inch log.
Refrigerate.
Slice before serving.
