Cheese Cake

A home-kitchen version of cheese cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
Grease a spring-form pan (you can use a 13 x 9-inch pan) and pat mixture of graham cracker crumbs, butter, cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar in bottom and a little up the sides of the pan.
