Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 3 to 5 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
Mix and boil two minutes.
Beat until thick enough to put on cake.
