Chocolate Syrup

A home-kitchen version of chocolate syrup, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
Mix all ingredients together.
Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Stir good after it has stopped boiling and pour over ice cream.
