Corned Beef Congealed Salad

A home-kitchen version of corned beef congealed salad, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good beef and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 12 oz. can corned beef
Method
Dissolve Jell-O and bouillon cube in boiling water.
Let cool. Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well and pour into oiled mold (butter or margarine).
