Easy Vegetable Stir-Fry

A chinese take on easy vegetable stir-fry, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good beef and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cornflour
- Spring onions to garnish
Method
Whisk the soy sauce, honey and cornflour with 2 tbsp water and set aside.
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat until shimmering.
Add the carrot and broccoli and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add the pepper, mushrooms and garlic and toss for 2 more minutes.
Pour in the sauce and stir until it thickens and coats the vegetables.
Garnish with spring onions and serve over noodles or rice.
