German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake

A home-kitchen version of german chocolate upside-down cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 box powdered sugar
Method
Spread pecans and coconut on bottom of sheet cake pan.
Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Pour over coconut and pecans.
Mix cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar together.
Pour mixture over cake mix.
Don't spread all the way to the edge.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
