A home-kitchen version of ham ball, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good pork and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 2 Philly cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 pkg. deli sliced ham in bag
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Method
Chop 1 package ham. Mix with onion powder, Accent and Worcestershire. Form ball. Chop other package of ham and roll ball in until covered. Put in refrigerator and serve with crackers.
