Heavenly Rice

A home-kitchen version of heavenly rice, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good rice and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. rice (without salt)
- 1 small can pineapple, drained
- sugar to taste
- 1 c. cream, whipped
- miniature marshmallows
Method
Cook rice. Drain off excess water.
While hot, mix in drained pineapple. Add sugar to taste.
Let set until cold.
Whip the cream and fold into rice.
Add a few marshmallows, if you like.
