Ingredients
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 graham cracker shells
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
Method
Mix milk with slightly beaten egg yolks.
Add lemon juice; mix.
Pour into shells.
Top with egg whites.
Add the sugar.
Put into oven and brown.
Chill.
