Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. cold half and half
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 Tbsp. instant coffee
  • 3 1/2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 pkg. chocolate crumb crust
  • fudge sauce

Method

  1. Pour half and half into large mixing bowl.

  2. Add pie filling mix and instant coffee.

  3. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.

  4. Let stand 5 minutes.

  5. Fold in whipped topping.

  6. Spoon into crust.

  7. Freeze until firm (about 6 hours).

  8. Remove from freezer.

  9. Let stand 10 minutes to soften.

  10. Top with fudge sauce.

  11. Store in freezer.
