Montana Mud Cake

A home-kitchen version of montana mud cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/3 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
Cream first 3 ingredients.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Add flour, then add coconut and pecans.
Mix well.
Bake in floured and greased 9 x 12-inch pan in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
Pour a jar of marshmallow cream over cake and top with frosting.
