Oatmeal Cookies

A home-kitchen version of oatmeal cookies, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. quick oatmeal
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 stick margarine
Method
Mix sugar, cocoa and milk in saucepan.
Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add the other ingredients. Spoon out on wax paper and let cool.
