Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 sticks margarine
- 3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal (quick)
- 1 1/4 c. dark Karo syrup
- 1 1/4 c. white sugar
- 3/4 c. coconut
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Method
Cream margarine and eggs. Add next 5 ingredients to the margarine egg mixture and blend together. Put into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake 1 hour at 325°.
