Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 4 c. Cool Whip, divided
  • 1 chocolate pie crust
  • garnish

Method

  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy.

  2. Add peanut butter and milk.

  3. Beat well.

  4. Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip into the peanut butter mixture.

  5. Spoon into pie crust.

  6. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, until set.
