Preacher'S Cookies

A home-kitchen version of preacher's cookies, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- pinch of salt
- 3 c. quick oats
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
Mix milk, butter, sugar, cocoa and salt.
Bring to rolling boil over medium heat.
Remove from heat.
Add oatmeal, peanut butter and vanilla; mix well.
Drop by spoon onto large cookie sheet or wax paper.
Cool and enjoy.
