Snowball Cookies

A home-kitchen version of snowball cookies, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 6 c. rice cereal
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 4 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Method
Place sugar in bowl.
In another bowl, combine next 3 ingredients.
In saucepan, combine marshmallows and butter.
Stir until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Stir in extracts.
Pour over cereal mixture.
Stir until well coated.
Using greased hands, shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
Coat with sugar.
