Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
  • 1 head cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 c. water chestnuts
  • 1 recipe Sweet-N-Sour Sauce
  • 3 carrots, sliced diagonally
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 zucchini, sliced
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped

Method

  1. Cook vegetables 2 minutes and add water chestnuts and green pepper.

  2. Cook until crisp and add Sweet-N-Sour Sauce.
