Ingredients

  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) whipping cream
  • 1 stick butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • Cheddar cheese
  • bacon bits

Method

  1. Cook potatoes in water until soft; drain. Add cream cheese, sour cream, butter, salt, pepper and onions; beat. Put into a 9 x 12 casserole dish.
