Velveeta Cheese Fudge

A home-kitchen version of velveeta cheese fudge, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 sticks oleo
- 2 lb. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- nuts
Method
Melt cheese and oleo on low.
Mix confectioners sugar, cocoa and vanilla.
Pour cheese mixture into sugar mixture.
Mix well and add nuts.
Pat into buttered dish, 9 x 12-inch.
Can be cut immediately.
Makes about 2 1/2 pounds.
