Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted
- 2 tsp. instant coffee granules
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- sweetened whipped cream (mix in 1/4 c. powdered sugar)
- chocolate syrup
- maraschino cherries with stems and mint sprigs (garnishes)
Method
Combine chocolate crumbs and 1/3 cup melted butter.
Firmly press mixture on bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350° for 6 to 8 minutes.
