All In One Hot Fudge Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. milk
- 6 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 3 c. water
Method
Mix sugars and cocoa; sprinkle over batter.
Pour water over all and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.
