Ingredients

  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 1 red Delicious apple
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. nonfat yogurt
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of nutmeg

Method

  1. Chop apples; do not peel.

  2. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

  3. Add celery, yogurt, pecans and spices.

  4. Serve on purple cabbage or lettuce leaf.
