Ingredients
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 1 red Delicious apple
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. pecans
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. nonfat yogurt
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
Method
Chop apples; do not peel.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Add celery, yogurt, pecans and spices.
Serve on purple cabbage or lettuce leaf.
