Banana Nut Bread

A home-kitchen version of banana nut bread, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. milk
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
Method
Cream butter and sugar together.
Add egg and blend with milk; add lemon, bananas, flour and nuts.
Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes in a loaf pan.
Cool completely before slicing.
