Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. cornflakes, not crushed
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. fine chopped onions
  • 3/4 to 1 c. Carnation milk
  • barbecue sauce

Method

  1. Combine ingredients, except barbecue sauce.

  2. Shape into 1-inch balls.

  3. Place on broiler rack (or place in oven on a cookie sheet) at 400°.

  4. Turn once.

  5. Cook until done.

  6. Combine meatballs with barbecue sauce.
