A home-kitchen version of broccoli corn bread, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
Method
Mix all ingredients together.
Make in muffin pans in 450° oven until golden brown.
