Chicken Casserole

A italian take on chicken casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good chicken and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 2 boxes chicken Stove Top stuffing
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Method
Boil chicken.
Use water from boiled chicken to make stuffing (use amount indicated).
After stuffing is done, spread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add both cans of soup (don't dilute), spread evenly over stuffing.
Break up chicken and put evenly over soup. Add cheese on top of chicken.
Bake at 400° for 25 minutes until cheese is melted.
