Cole Slaw

A japanese take on cole slaw, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good pasta and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. cole slaw blend
- 3 (3 oz.) pkg. Ramen noodles (do not use flavor packet)
- 2 (2 1/4 oz.) pkg. sliced almonds
- 1 c. oil
- 6 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
Mix liquid and pour over ingredients.
Let stand 6 hours before serving.
