Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/3 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. nondairy whipped topping
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust or a regular pie crust, baked and cooled
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped peanuts

Method

  1. Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy.

  2. Beat in sugar and peanut butter.

  3. Slowly add milk, blending thoroughly into mixture. Add whipped topping (made according to directions on package). Pour into baked pie shell.

  4. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.

  5. Freeze until firm.

  6. Remove from freezer 1/2 hour before serving.
