Fudge Cakes

A home-kitchen version of fudge cakes, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 5 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
Melt butter and chocolate together. Add to eggs, sugar and flour. Mix well. Add vanilla. Pour into shallow, greased pan (11 x 7). Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with 10x sugar.
