A home-kitchen version of grasshopper salad, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 1 box pistachio pudding (instant)
- 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 can crushed pineapple with the juice
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 c. mini marshmallows
Method
Mix pudding mix and Cool Whip together.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
Refrigerate.
May be used immediately.
