Ham Casserole

A home-kitchen version of ham casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. chopped up ham
- 10 medium potatoes
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 lb. cheese (your choice; Cheddar or Jack, etc.)
- 2 c. mayonnaise
Method
Cut up ham in small pieces and mix in with the potatoes, eggs and cheese that have been cut into chunks.
Add the mayonnaise and mix well.
Put in baking dish and bake, covered, 30 minutes at 350°.
