A american take on hamburger casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good beef and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 small green peppers, chopped
- parsley flakes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small bag Tater Tots
Method
Brown ground beef in pan.
Add garlic, peppers, parsley and onion.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Pour meat mixture into casserole dish. Pour can of mushroom soup over meat.
Top with Tater Tots.
Bake at 350° for one hour.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and brown.
