Lemon Bread

A home-kitchen version of lemon bread, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 pkg. (small) instant vanilla pudding
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. poppy seed
Method
Mix all together.
Grease pans.
Bake at 350°.
Makes 5 small or 2 1/2 large.
Cook 40 minutes for large or 35 minutes for small.
