A home-kitchen version of lemon lush, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup crushed pecans
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cool whip
- 2 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups + 2 Tbsp. cold milk
- cool whip for topping
Method
Mix together first 3 ingredients and press in 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees about 15-20 minutes. Set aside to cool.
