Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. baking potatoes
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne
  • 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 1/3 to 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.

  2. Peel potatoes or leave them unpeeled, depending on your preference.

  3. Cut into two-inch strips.

  4. Mix garlic powder and salt and set aside.

  5. Place potatoes into large plastic container; pour oil and pepper over.

  6. Shake vigorously.
