A home-kitchen version of mayonnaise cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 2 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in the warm water
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Method
Mix all together.
Bake at 350° for 20 to 35 minutes.
Test with toothpick.
