Mayonnaise Chocolate Cake

A home-kitchen version of mayonnaise chocolate cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Method
Mix flour, soda, sugar, baking powder and cocoa in bowl.
Stir thoroughly, then add water, mayonnaise and vanilla.
Stir enough to mix.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes in two 9-inch layer pans or 1 hour in tube pan.
Pans should be greased and floured.
Cool cake.
