Ingredients

  • 24 vanilla wafers
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Method

  1. Place a vanilla wafer, flat side down, in 24 cupcake cups. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

  2. Spoon into cups and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

  3. Cool and top with cherry pie filling.

  4. Makes 24 cakes.
