Mini Cheese Cakes

A home-kitchen version of mini cheese cakes, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 24 vanilla wafers
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Method
Place a vanilla wafer, flat side down, in 24 cupcake cups. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Spoon into cups and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool and top with cherry pie filling.
Makes 24 cakes.
