A home-kitchen version of miniature cheesecakes(1 dozen), written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- cherry or blueberry pie filling (1/2 can)
Method
Preheat oven to 350°.
Line 12 muffin cups with cupcake papers.
In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine together.
Divide the cracker mixture among the 12 cups, then press into the cups.
