- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2/3 (12 oz.) Cool Whip (3 1/2 c.)
- 3 c. milk
- 1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
