Ingredients
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 c. oatmeal
Method
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add beaten eggs and oil. Mix well.
Bake at 325° for 10 to 12 minutes.
