Monster Cookies

A home-kitchen version of monster cookies, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 4 tsp. baking soda
- 9 to 10 c. quick oatmeal
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp. white Karo syrup
- 2 3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
- 1 c. M&M's
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. butterscotch chips
Method
Mix ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Using an ice cream scoop, drop 6 large dough balls on a cookie sheet.
Preheat oven and bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
Recipe makes approximately 3 dozen "monster" cookies.
