My Caramel Rolls

A home-kitchen version of my caramel rolls, written step by step so it's easy to follow that comes together with everyday ingredients.

Ingredients
- 3 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups warm water
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6-7 cups flour
Method
Combine first four ingredients and beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Let rise once.
While it rises, prepare the caramel.
