Noodle Nests

A chinese take on noodle nests, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 can chocolate frosting
- 4 c. chow mein noodles
- jelly bean eggs
Method
Heat chocolate frosting over low heat and stir until liquid. Remove from heat and stir in chow mein noodles.
Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto wax paper.
Press the centers in with a spoon to form nests.
Add jelly bean eggs and let set until firm.
