Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 20 okra
- 1 eggplant
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 large onion
- 1 can fish or cooked meat
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. water
Method
Wash the okra and eggplant.
Cut into small pieces and boil until tender.
