- 16 c. applesauce
- 3 lb. brown sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Method
Place ingredients in large roaster.
Bake 3 hours in 350° oven.
Stir every 20 minutes.
Yields:
5 quarts.
