Parmesan Meat Loaf

A italian take on parmesan meat loaf, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good beef and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. large curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 tsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese.
Mix thoroughly.
Pack lightly into an 8-inch square baking pan.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle top with cheese.
Bake 10 minutes longer.
Let stand for 5 minutes. Cut into squares.
Yields 6 servings.
