Peanut Butter Cream Pie

A home-kitchen version of peanut butter cream pie, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 3 oz. fat-free cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. skim milk
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. reduced-fat peanut butter
- large container Cool Whip lite
- low-fat baked pie shell
Method
Combine cream cheese, milk and peanut butter until smooth. Stir in sugar.
Mix in Cool Whip.
Pour into pie shell. Refrigerate several hours.
