Peanut Butter Twinkies

A home-kitchen version of peanut butter twinkies, written step by step so it's easy to follow that comes together with everyday ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. light Karo syrup
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 stick oleo
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 6 to 8 c. cornflakes
Method
In a saucepan, bring sugar and syrup to a full boil.
Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter, oleo and vanilla.
Add enough cornflakes to be able to press into well-buttered 13 x 9-inch pan. Cut into squares while still warm.
